Included in the report will be homes currently For Sale, homes recently Sold, and Expired (Market rejected properties for price or condition) through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) . It is NOT a certified appraisal, merely an estimate of value based on features and condition of your home compared to other homes in your area. Your real sold price will be what a ready, willing, and able buyer perceives your property to be worth to them.
